Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager role located in Pune Division. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project lifecycles, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing logistics, supervising inspections, and leading expediting efforts to meet project deadlines. The role requires strategic planning, team collaboration, and effective communication to ensure project goals are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects.
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely procurement and delivery of project materials.
• Experience with Inspection processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Skills in Logistics Management for seamless coordination of supplies and project resources.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients and contractors effectively.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in managing hospitality or luxury residential projects is a significant plus.
