Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical) to lead and execute engineering projects from concept to commissioning. The role involves end-to-end project planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects related to plant expansion, machinery installation, and process improvement.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, technical specifications, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Maintenance, Safety, Purchase, QA) for smooth project execution.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, consultants, and OEMs for equipment procurement and installation.
• Supervise site activities, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company engineering standards.
• Track project progress, manage risks, resolve technical issues, and provide regular status updates to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and productivity enhancement projects.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 10–12 years of relevant project execution experience
• Industry Exposure: Textile Processing Industries / Textile Machine Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in project execution, site coordination, and commissioning.
• Excellent planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
