Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru is for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely completion and desired quality standards. Architecture knowledge is a must have. Key responsibilities include managing vendors, ensuring timely expediting of tasks, coordinating project inspections, and overseeing logistics operations to align with project requirements. The role also involves effective stakeholder communication to maintain project alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring techniques.
• Prior experience in Real Estate Industry.
• Experience in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure timely deliveries and seamless project execution.
• Knowledge and experience in Inspection processes and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate materials, equipment, and related operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in the construction or real estate development industry is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
