About the Role

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall execution and successful delivery of a major FPSO topsides EPC project. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage engineering contractors, oversee project performance, and ensure delivery in accordance with contractual, commercial, technical, safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

This role is based in Jiangsu, China, with regular travel to the engineering design office in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a major FPSO topsides EPC project from engineering through construction support.
• Manage engineering contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Drive project performance while ensuring compliance with quality, HSE, and contractual obligations.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Report project status and key performance indicators to senior management.

About You

You are a seasoned project leader with extensive experience delivering large-scale FPSO EPC projects. You possess exceptional leadership, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to lead multicultural teams across multiple countries.

Summary of Key Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing EPC FPSO topsides projects valued above US$150 million.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and project execution.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Based in China and willing to travel regularly to India.
• Experience working with international engineering contractors is highly preferred.
• Contract duration: 2 to 2.5 years.
