About the Role

For our clients we're hiring a Senior Project Manager / Department Director with experience in job boards and recruitment platforms to lead projects and drive growth in an HR tech environment.

Location: Remote (Eastern Europe Available during European working hours)

Salary: $3,000 USD – $5,500 USD

As a Senior Project Manager / department director in the dynamic field of Recruitment Technology and Job Boards, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing projects that enhance platform performance and organizational effectiveness.

Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams through complex challenges related to recruitment platforms, job boards, and talent marketplaces, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope and timeline.

In this senior position, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee projects related to job board platforms, recruitment systems, and HR tech solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to improve platform performance and user experience.
  • Implement best practices in project management and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in job boards, recruitment platforms, HR tech, or similar digital marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Experience working withcross-functional tech teams (product, engineering).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
