This role sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, data-driven transformation, and client engagement, driving end-to-end execution of complex Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives. You will lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring seamless coordination across technical and business teams while delivering measurable business value. The position requires strong ownership of planning, governance, and stakeholder communication across global and distributed teams. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and architects to translate strategic objectives into scalable solutions. Accountabilities
You will be responsible for leading full project lifecycles across data and AI programs while ensuring delivery excellence, governance, and commercial performance across multiple engagements.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, Analytics, and AI/ML projects from discovery through deployment and adoption
- Define and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and RAID logs across complex initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, ML engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and outcomes
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to manage distributed and multi-track delivery environments
- Ensure governance, data quality, security, and responsible AI practices across delivery lifecycles
- Manage financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, change requests, and commercial optimization
- Identify improvements, capture lessons learned, and contribute to delivery frameworks and best practices
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership experience in data-driven environments, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and deliver AI/analytics solutions at scale.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with strong exposure to Data, Analytics, or AI/ML delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- Proven experience delivering projects in industries such as Automotive, Agriculture, or Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud
- Experience leading Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery teams in distributed environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives and technical leaders
- Solid commercial acumen including budgeting, vendor management, and contract/SOW oversight
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes in evolving environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly preferred
