Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage residential construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead client communications and provide regular project status updates
- Oversee procurement of materials and services for residential projects
- Manage and mentor project team members
- Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly
- Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and JLL standards
- Analyze project performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 20+ years of experience in residential construction project management
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and client relationship management skills
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
- PMP certification or similar preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
