Job Description

Optus Housing is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager – Interior Design to lead and manage interior design products and execution across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, planning, and management of interior design products across multiple sites.

Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept, design and specification to execution and delivery.

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors and site teams.

Ensure consistency in design quality, product standards and specifications across projects.

Manage product selection, materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and interior components.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality and overall execution.

Conduct regular site visits and resolve design/product-related issues.

Develop and maintain product specifications, BOQs, catalogues and material standards.

Identify new materials, products and design trends suitable for residential projects.

Negotiate and coordinate with vendors for quality, pricing and timely delivery.

Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Project and Construction teams.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.

Requirements

10–17 years of experience in Interior Design, Product Management, Design Management or a related field.

Strong experience in handling multiple project sites simultaneously.

Excellent knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures.

Strong vendor and contractor management skills.

Good understanding of project planning, costing, quality control and execution.

Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.

Experience in real estate/residential projects will be preferred.
