Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience delivering projects in an Agile / Scrum environment. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable to AI-native ways of working, capable of managing uncertainty, rapid iterations, evolving requirements, and cross-functional AI teams.

You will work closely with engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of GenAI solutions.

Project & Delivery Management

·      Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, from discovery to production and scale.

·      Own scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.

·      Drive execution using Scrum / Agile frameworks (Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).

·      Manage delivery in environments with rapid experimentation, and evolving requirements.

Agile & Scrum Execution

·      Act as Scrum Master / Delivery Lead where required.

·      Ensure sprint goals align with business outcomes.

·      Facilitate backlog grooming, story prioritization, and velocity tracking.

·      Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver consistently.

GenAI & AI Collaboration

·      Work closely with the development team including Developers, Designers, AI Engineers, Deployment Team

·      Understand AI workflows will be an added advantage

·      Translate business problems into executable delivery plans.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

·      Engage senior stakeholders with clear progress updates, risk insights, and outcome-based reporting.

·      Manage expectations in AI projects where certainty evolves over time.

·      Communicate complex AI concepts in simple, business-friendly language.

Governance, Quality & Compliance

·      Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.

·      Track and report delivery metrics (burndown, velocity, cycle time, AI accuracy benchmarks).

·      Manage change requests and scope adjustments pragmatically.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Project Management

·      Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager.

·      Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.

·      Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.

·      Experience with AI Projects will have an advantage

GenAI & AI Understanding

•  Experience delivering projects involving:
•  LLMs, chatbots, copilots, or AI assistants
• NLP, document intelligence, analytics, or recommendation systems
• Solid conceptual understanding of:
• Generative AI workflows
• Model lifecycle and experimentation
• AI limitations, hallucinations, and evaluation metrics

Leadership & Soft Skills

·      Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

·      High ownership mindset with the ability to lead without authority.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to Have

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) in AI projects

Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, and compliance frameworks

Experience working with enterprise customers and regulated industries
