Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage and support the Business Support System (BSS) deployed at  client location . The candidate will be responsible for application maintenance, client coordination, report generation, analytics, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations and support activities of the BSS application.
  • Coordinate with customer teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders for issue resolution and project execution.
  • Monitor application performance, uptime, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute MySQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting purposes.
  • Support and coordinate enhancements in Node.js and AngularJS-based applications.
  • Generate periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and customer-specific reports.
  • Provide business analytics and operational insights to management and customer teams.
  • Ensure timely closure of support tickets and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and support teams for deployments and upgrades.
  • Maintain proper documentation of processes, reports, incidents, and changes.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and smooth day-to-day business operations.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Business Support Systems (BSS) operations and support.
  • Good knowledge of MySQL queries, database handling, and report generation.
  • Working knowledge of Node.js and AngularJS applications.
  • Experience in customer coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in telecom/ISP domain will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, application support, or BSS operations.
  • Prior experience in telecom, broadband, or ISP environments preferred.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • PMP/ITIL certification will be an added advantage.

  • Leadership and team management capability.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
