Position Summary:
End to end responsibility to efficiently manage online data collection projects for multiple accounts and maintaining/growing positive relationship with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute flawlessly multiple research projects independently at different phases from sale to delivery
- Be the point of contact for clients, internal teams and vendors
- Review project specs and research design for fielding and data collection
- Continuously monitor project elements, anticipate/identify potential problems and manage to resolution
- Manage external vendors and partners to meet project timeline and budget qualifications
- Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the project cycle to provide project update, recommendations, and liaise with senior staff on any issues
- Work within Sago systems effectively throughout life cycle of project
- Work collaboratively with clients to provide timely update on progress of project
- Deploy sample, coordinate with vendors, and monitor throughout field to ensure field completion of required quotas on schedule, including reportals, quota reports, field reports...etc
- Respond quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manage to resolution; escalating as appropriate
- Collaboration and supporting internal and external teams in coding, analysis, reporting
- Validation and preparing of data deliveries
- Meet client's timeline expectations and highest quality of data deliverables in the most efficient way maintaining margin for projects
- Build and maintain successful client relationships
- Work in accordance with the SOP's of company

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
Experience:
- Must have 2+ years of experience working in a market research environment or combined PM experience
- Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi- mode methodology, is a plus
- Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus
