Senior Project Manager

• Understand the application with minimal KT.
• Take the ownership and drive the project on the ground.
• Good in requirement analysis, understand the overall design, create the project plans and tracking & monitoring the activities.
• Independently research and coordinate the new products.
• Assist in addressing problems by coordinating with different teams and stakeholders.
• Good in Project Management activities, should be able to create project metrics for tracking different parameters and health of the project.
• Candidate should have a Technical Knowledge of Web based Project in Java/J2EE and related streams.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must be from Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent streams (BE, MCA).
• Overall experience 14+ years in IT Industry.
• Candidate should be exceptionally good at managing entire Project lifecycles of Software Development.
• Strong in requirement analysis, planning activities, release management, coordinating the activities and resolving conflicts.
• Should be able to manage both Development and Support teams of size up to twenty.
• Should be an initiative-taker, pro-actively reviews to-do list and take it to closure.
• Identify the risks, issues & dependencies, and work on mitigation strategies and plans.
• Assists in evaluation and recommendation of latest technologies, tools & products and provides valuable inputs.
• Provide or publish timely updates on the progress and status of the project to the supervisor/senior management.
• Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
