The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented SeniorProject Manager – Events to lead end-to-end execution of events, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality, small & large scale events.
Who We're Looking For
Lead end-to-end event planning & execution by translating client briefs into structured project plans, defining timelines and strategies, and ensuring smooth on-ground delivery and show flow management
Be the central point of aligning multiple departments and facilitating smooth planning & execution
Serve primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectations & consistent communication
Maintain systems and documentation in place including SOPs, checklists and ensuring contracts & compliances are met
Co-own project budget and P&L with Production team
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Liaise with venues for project requirements
Ensure project closures through reports, client feedback and financial reconciliation with teams.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus: Familiarity with entertainment production environments
