Role Description The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end visa and immigration projects, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of services for Canada-bound clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Abroad includes planning and coordinating project timelines, managing resources, and monitoring progress across multiple client cases. The role involves collaborating with consultants and support staff, tracking regulatory updates, and ensuring that documentation, communication, and client interactions meet company standards. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for risk management, process improvement, and reporting on performance metrics to leadership. Regular interaction with clients to clarify requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues will be a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor visa and immigration projects effectively.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely movement of documentation and critical project milestones.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review applications, documentation, and processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate schedules, resources, and information flow across teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in immigration, consulting, or professional services project delivery is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring teams and driving process improvements; prior experience in a senior project management role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
