Role Description The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end This full-time, on-site role based in Abroad involves overseeing project plans, coordinating with expediting and logistics teams, managing inspection and documentation processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration regulations. The Senior Project Manager will monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep engagements on track. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising project staff, maintaining communication with clients and partners, optimizing internal workflows, and preparing regular status reports for leadership. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, mentoring junior team members, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance service quality and client experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely completion of key project milestones.
• Knowledge of inspection processes and quality checks, particularly related to documentation and compliance.
• Skills in logistics management and coordination of multiple tasks, teams, and timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Previous experience in immigration, visa consulting, or a regulated services environment is highly beneficial.
