Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead Oracle EBS Application Management Support (AMS) projects. The role involves managing support operations, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving team performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Oracle EBS support projects and daily AMS operations
- Ensure SLAs (response and resolution times) are consistently met
- Track and improve KPIs such as RCA, ticket reduction, automation, and value additions
- Monitor team productivity and drive year-on-year improvements
- Manage team shifts, scheduling, and rostering
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in managing EBS support/AMS projects
- Good understanding of SLA and KPI management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in project management and software support/development/implementation
Preferred Skills:
