Role Description
The candidate must understand JIRA administration, sprint planning and being a scrum master like it's their native language. They will help the onshore director PMO on a day to day basis and lead a hybrid onshore/offshore development team in a demanding and fast paced environment.

- Advanced Jira Configuration: Beyond basic usage, you must be able to configure custom workflows, manage user permissions, and establish project schemes to align with specific organizational processes.
- Advanced Reporting & Analytics: You should be skilled at creating custom Jira dashboards, utilizing JQL (Jira Query Language), and interpreting metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, and cycle time to drive data-driven decisions.
- Backlog & Scope Management: Expertise in backlog grooming, prioritizing features (e.g., using the MoSCoW method), and managing a formal approval process for scope changes is essential.
- SDLC Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required to effectively integrate Jira with development workflows and ensure high-quality software delivery.
