This role will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of both the organization and client. This person will be the customer's primary point of contact and will ensure appropriate communication amongst the entire project team and stakeholders. This person will possess an understanding of the customer's business and project requirements and lead the implementation team, develop the project scope, manage project plans and schedules, handle resource scheduling and tracking, develop and maintain status documents and ensure that the quality of deliverables are met on time and within established budget. This individual will also work with other Company technology leaders to co-create and present Client-facing thought leadership materials.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Manage moderately complex projects with minimal managerial oversite
- Drives/manages all aspects of implementation
- Structure and manage project timeline, and track deliverables efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with project leads to maintain efficient project structure to ensure maximum performance
- Evaluates and summarizes weekly project report(s) for management, identifying successful completion of milestones and deliverables, change management process, and any problems or issues and any follow-up action required
- Identify risks, mitigation strategies and dependencies. Ensure escalations are raised appropriately
- Ensure timely routing and tracking of work requests through the project team
- Manage and maintain the project document repository for the team
- Effectively communicate with client teams and program leadership regarding project timelines and updates, new client requests, and change requests
- Partner with client and third-party project managers to maintain integrated project timeline
- Manage peer-level client relationships as the primary client contact for all project inquiries and needs
- Work closely with cross-departmental teams to identify areas for increased efficiencies and opportunities for standardization
- Ability to thrive in a complex environment consisting of geographically dispersed and highly matrixed teams ranging from 5-50 people
- Manage and ensure smooth cross-team communications
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to interpret Client needs and transcribe those for the Delivery team
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and development process
- Experience in End-to-end / delivery of database application development projects using Agile and iterative methodologies
- Experience managing project teams of up to 10 people; demonstrated decision-making ability and desire to lead
- Strong client management skills; manage through challenging situations resulting in positive outcomes for Clients and Company
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate concepts to a technical and non-technical audience

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Or Work Experience That Demonstrates Comparable Abilities
Certifications:
PMP Certification or Prince 2 Certification
Relevant experience:
- 8+ years project management experience, preferably delivering marketing technology implementations
- Experience with agile methodology
- Adept at using project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence
