Role Overview
An established consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to act as a technical lead on data centre projects, with a strong focus on MEP and CSA delivery. This role will be client-facing, serving as the key point of contact for technical discussions, providing advisory support, and ensuring the successful coordination and execution of complex infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main client interface for technical queries related to MEP and CSA on data centre projects
- Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and solutions during design and construction phases
- Monitor project progress, risks, and quality to ensure successful execution
- Support procurement, contract administration, and vendor management processes
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience managing data centre projects with strong MEP and CSA exposure
- Strong technical understanding of building systems and infrastructure delivery
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments
- Experience working within consultancy or project management environments preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications (e.g. PMP, MRICS) are advantageous
