Job Description

Role Overview

An established consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to act as a technical lead on data centre projects, with a strong focus on MEP and CSA delivery. This role will be client-facing, serving as the key point of contact for technical discussions, providing advisory support, and ensuring the successful coordination and execution of complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main client interface for technical queries related to MEP and CSA on data centre projects
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions during design and construction phases
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and quality to ensure successful execution
  • Support procurement, contract administration, and vendor management processes
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing data centre projects with strong MEP and CSA exposure
  • Strong technical understanding of building systems and infrastructure delivery
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments
  • Experience working within consultancy or project management environments preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
  • Professional certifications (e.g. PMP, MRICS) are advantageous
