- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Responsibility
- Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status.
- Client Engagement:
- Lead client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Team Leadership:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Foster collaboration and provide guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Have managed 2-3 Project Managers or BA's
- Has worked with Technical TL's to deliver projects
- Domain Expertise:
- Leverage knowledge of the lending domain to provide insights and solutions that meet client needs (preferred).
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud applications.
- Project Management Tools & Processes:
- Utilize industry-standard tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, or similar for project tracking and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
