SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – CIVIL

Experience: 15–20+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech – Civil Engineering

Industry: Data Center / Industrial / Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complete civil construction execution from mobilization to handover.

- Manage Construction, Planning, QA/QC, EHS, QS/Billing and Engineering teams.

- Drive project schedule, productivity, manpower and resource planning.

- Plan and monitor RCC, excavation, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, structural and finishing works.

- Manage subcontractors and ensure target-based execution.

- Coordinate with Client, PMC, consultants and design teams.

- Monitor project cost, variations, billing and subcontractor performance.

- Resolve technical and site issues and implement recovery plans.

- Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety and project specifications.

- Conduct daily/weekly progress reviews and report to Project Director.

Preferred: Proven experience handling large-scale, fast-track projects with strong construction management, leadership and client-coordination skills.
