Senior Project Manager, Chanakya University

Summary:

The role of a Senior Project Manager is to spearhead strategy building, project expansion, and cross-functional workflow management for the Centre for Languages and Lifeworlds at Chanakya University. This leadership role orchestrates collaboration across multiple technical and humanistic domains to ensure the delivery of high-impact research benchmarks and digital infrastructure assets.

Responsibilities:

· Workflow Management: Manage multi-team workflows spanning corpus digitization, machine learning model training, and platform development.

· Timeline Coordination: Supervise project schedules and implement robust tracking systems across all active semesters to ensure strict milestone delivery.

· Collaborative Liaison: Coordinate cross-institutional academic partnerships and manage external technological resource tracks.

· Resource and Budget Tracking: Monitor allocated budget resources, project requirements, and operational compliance frameworks.

Qualifications Required:

· A Master's Degree in a relevant field.

· Minimum 10 years of prior experience in professional project management.

Skills Required:

· Exceptional capability in handling multi-stakeholder structures and orchestrating digital frameworks.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise across technical and humanistic domains.

· Proven ability to drive strategic execution across multi-team and cross-institutional environments.

· Proficiency in project tracking systems and resource management tools.
