We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who can operate at the intersection of delivery, business impact, and stakeholder alignment. This role goes beyond tracking timelines — it's about driving outcomes, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring projects translate into measurable value.
You will own end-to-end execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives while keeping teams aligned, risks visible, and decisions moving.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Ownership
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects across functions, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks are met.
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with leadership, clients, and internal teams to align expectations, drive decisions, and maintain transparency.
- Execution Excellence
- Break down ambiguous goals into structured plans with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
- Risk & Dependency Management
- Proactively identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and manage interdependencies across teams.
- Team Leadership
- Guide cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations, etc.) without formal authority — driving accountability and momentum.
- Process Optimization
- Bring in structured ways of working (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) and continuously improve execution efficiency.
- Reporting & Communication
- Provide crisp updates to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes — no noise, just clarity.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in project/program management
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive structured execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in scaling products, platforms, or enterprise systems
- Exposure to tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (good to have, not mandatory)
