Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide program and project management for large-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting processes.
- Drive portfolio management, prioritization, and strategic planning across multiple technology programs.
- Oversee execution of cloud transformation, SAP modernization, and enterprise technology initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery performance.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align program objectives with organizational goals.
- Support GCC transition planning, execution, and operational governance activities.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance standards, and reporting requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in PMO processes, operational efficiency, and delivery management practices.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, status reports, and governance presentations.
- Manage stakeholder communication, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, delivery challenges, and resource constraints.
- Support organizational change management and transformation adoption initiatives.
- Mentor project managers and promote best practices in program and portfolio management.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Program Management, Project Management, and PMO governance.
- Expertise in portfolio management and enterprise delivery oversight.
- Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, project lifecycle management, and strategic planning.
- Experience managing cloud transformation and SAP modernization programs.
- Familiarity with GCC transition and enterprise transformation environments.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or steel industry operations is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale programs in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
- Experience with project reporting, budgeting, and executive governance reviews.
- Ability to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
