Our client, an established main contractor, is looking for a Project Manager to oversee building projects in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the overall planning, coordination and execution of building projects from commencement to completion.
Manage project progress, ensuring works are completed according to schedule, budget and quality requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and project specifications.
Manage project resources, manpower and subcontractors effectively.
Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
Ensure all works meet the required quality standards and contractual requirements.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Building or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
Experience with a main contractor in Singapore will be an advantage.
