Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and drive technical implementation of RCM initiatives. The role focuses on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and reducing manual effort across workflows. You will work closely with US-based stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Manage and drive end-to-end delivery of RCM initiatives

- Ensure projects achieve cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational efficiency

- Collaborate closely with US-based RCM stakeholders (EST overlap mandatory)

- Translate business requirements into actionable project plans

- Track deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies

- Drive cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, and operations teams

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management

- Experience with healthcare platforms (EHR/EMR, RCM systems)

- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of automation / AI-driven workflow improvements

- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Experience in data-driven decision making
