Drive the IT project lifecycle, including project budgeting, resource planning, documentations, etc
Manage procurement activities, prepare tender specifications for publishing, evaluate and recommend potential solutions and/or vendors
Responsible for the end to end software development projects including plan, design, development, testing, debugging, implementation, etc
Work closely with all internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver the product/project.
Accountable for the provision of on-going application maintenance and support to ensure SLAs are met
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of IT Project Management in software application projects, Certifications in PMP or equivalent is preferred
Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools (Agile, Lean, Scrum etc.)
Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely. The ability to understand the business questions that users are trying to answer is essential
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Capable to work with different teams/stakeholders.
