Senior Project Manager- Application Development- Insurance Domain

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery for large, complex IT programs and accounts.
• Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, quality standards, and SLAs.
• Establish delivery governance, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks and issues.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Lead governance forums such as QBRs, steering committees, and executive reviews. Manage escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
• Build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
• Financial & Commercial Accountability Own P&L for assigned accounts/portfolios.
• Drive margin improvement, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations (MSA, SOWs, CRs). People & Talent Management.
• Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and Project Managers. Drive capacity planning, utilization optimization, and pyramid health.
• Partner with HR on hiring, performance management, capability building, and retention. Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven delivery culture. Governance, Quality & Compliance.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, client, regulatory, and security standards.
• Drive quality assurance practices and continuous improvement.
• Support audits, reviews, and corrective action implementation. Transformation & Innovation.
• Enable digital transformation, modernization, and automation initiatives.
• Encourage adoption of new technologies, tools, and delivery accelerators.
• Collaborate with architecture and innovation teams on delivery roadmaps.
