Senior Project Management

We are seeking a dynamic project professional to drive strategic growth, Capex execution, and manufacturing footprint expansion for a premier global manufacturing enterprise.

This role is designed for a hands-on, end-to-end project owner with proven experience taking both Greenfield and Brownfield facilities from initial blueprint to full commercial production.

Key Requirements

• CDMO / CMO Expertise: Proven background in securing, managing, and commercializing Contract Manufacturing (CMO/CDMO) projects and customer-driven manufacturing builds.
• Capex & ROI Ownership: Hands-on experience preparing Capex investment proposals, securing approvals, and ensuring project ROI realization.
• Scale & Capacity Expansion: Hands-on leadership in building brand-new Greenfield plants and executing major Brownfield capacity upgrades.
• On-Time & On-Budget Delivery: Proven capability to drive business growth projects to completion within strict schedules and allocated budgets.
• Contract Manufacturing Commercialization: Practical track record of bringing contract manufacturing initiatives from initial setup to successful commercial rollout.
• Cost Optimization & Value Engineering: Demonstrated ability to identify and achieve product cost savings across manufacturing processes.
• Technical Background:Chemical Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech required; MBA preferred).
• Track Record: 12+ years of strategic project execution and business growth leadership in Chemical, Specialty Chemicals, Inks, Pharma, or CDMO sectors.
