Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Lead to oversee facade design projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade engineering, a passion for innovative design solutions, and the ability to lead a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

Lead facade design projects from concept through to completion.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Develop and present project proposals and reports to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in facade engineering or design.
Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to facade systems.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
