Senior Project Lead

Job Description Summary

Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of a luxury hotel development project in Kosi Kalan, Uttar Pradesh, ensuring delivery of the project within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and brand requirements. The role will be responsible for managing all phases of construction, from structural works through finishing, commissioning, and handover.

About the Role:

• Lead the complete lifecycle of hotel construction project, including planning, execution, monitoring, construction management, finishing works, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers, and hotel brand representatives to ensure compliance with design and operational standards.
• Drive quality, safety, statutory compliance, and risk management initiatives across all project activities.
• Provide regular project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of project challenges and bottlenecks.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction project management, with significant exposure to hospitality, hotel, resort, or luxury mixed-use developments.
• Proven track record of independently leading large-scale hotel or resort projects from structure construction through interior fit-outs, finishing, and project completion.
• Strong expertise in project planning, contract administration, budgeting, cost control, stakeholder management, and construction quality management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
