Job Description: Senior Project Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical)

Role:

1.Candidate should be Mechanical/Electrical diploma/degree holder. Having minimum 7+ years ofhands-on on-site experience of handling the team

2.Candidate should take ownership of Project execution by coordinating with Customers, Contractors and the IEC Erection Team reporting to you

3.Must work closely with contract control department (Stores-Dispatches)

4.Monitoring Efficient Project Execution will be a key result area

5.Maintain MIS Records for site status updating & ensuring efficient utilization of 3M (Men, Material & Money)

6.Manpower - Planning daily chores of Project Team for optimum efficiency

Mandatory Requirements:

1.Mechanical/Electrical Engineering diploma/degree holder

2.7+ years of on-site project management experience

3.Strong Verbal & Written communication skills

4.Willing to travel to the site-location if necessary for co-ordination & resource allocation

5.Willing to travel within the Pune metropolitan area, within India & overseas if required

6.Own 2-wheeler

7.Solid documentation skills

8.Proficient with MS Office

Preference will be given to candidates having:

1.Project Experience in the elevator (lifts) industry

2.Familiarity with CAD Modelling (Reading, editing and preparing 2-D CAD Drawings)

3.Professional proficiency in English & Hindi

4.Conversational proficiency in Marathi

5.Knowledge of lift/elevator erection
