Senior Project Engineer

Reviews contractual specifications, drawings, and required design inputs to help establish a list of engineering documents to be produced.

Brief new project or engineering employees on work instructions and procedures relating to their jobs.

Responsible for preparing project schedule plan for project/Asst. Project Manager to help monitor the progress of project completion. Ensures that all engineering designs and project progress schedule is planned in accordance with the contractual requirements. Ensures that all engineering designs, technical drawings, and appropriate standards used are properly documented.

Ensures that project filing and technical manual compilation are in accordance with procedures and process control. Prepare and issue service reports with the customer's endorsement to the manager in charge for verification. Verifies Project Engineer's procurement in the material list and requests relevant documents from suppliers. Implements relevant forms to certify and ensure that all testing works are documented in project files.

Ensures that non-conformity report is raised as and when necessary that non-conformances are promptly resolved by means of investigation and corrective action.

Supports pre-sales proposals and ensures tenders are properly reviewed together with the sales personnel to help meet customers requirements. Verifies and ensures that the scope of work and supplies comply with order only.

Reviews design drawings and job specifications.
