Position Title: Billing Executive – Payroll (Contractual Role)
Location: Ahmedabad / Dholera
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for projects, ensuring accurate invoice generation, submission, and follow-up.
- Verify project documentation, contracts, work orders, and billing milestones.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to validate work completion and billing information.
- Maintain organized records of bills, receipts, and supporting documents as per company policies.
- Reconcile invoices with client payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare billing reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company accounting procedures.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Added Advantage: Work experience with IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) billing or related infrastructure/control system projects.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience as Billing Executive in construction, infrastructure, systems integration, or related domains.
- Proficiency in billing software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience in IBMS billing processes will be a distinct advantage.
