- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
- Master's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.
- Knowledge of construction principles and project management methodologies.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
