- Reviewing and finalization of civil drawings in respect to the BOQs and getting the same finalized through architects for buildings and infrastructures.
- Reviewing and finalization of tender documents scope of works, General conditions of contracts and special condition of contracts, approved makes, details specification for civil works.
- Reviewing and finalization of services BOQs and drawing and getting the same finalized through consultants.
- Coordination with clients and govt. authorities for project design documents approvals and getting the sanction and approvals.
- Projects scheduling and monitoring preferably on MS Projects or Primavera.
- Coordination of bills and payment collection for ongoing projects.
- Coordination, approvals and finalization of project DPRs
- Contract Administration.
- Domestic/International Travel
- Ex-Military Engineer Services, CPWD, Govt Authorities, DDA etc.
- Hands on knowledge of computer softwares for monitoring works.
