· Perform routine program validation including validation of information for Operations and Finance dashboard.
· Support the preparation and maintenance of governance documentation, templates, and artefacts.
· Ensure documentation of processes, SOPs, controls for program operations.
· Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking.
· Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to support hiring ensuring timely hiring and providing hiring status updates to stakeholders.
· Assist in tracking project compliance with governance standards and escalate deviations as needed.
· Maintain reporting tools incl. huddleboard updates, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes.

· Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of talent
· Act as a point of contact for employees incl. providing guidance and conflict resolution
· Collaborate with HR on people-related policies, initiatives, and compliance
