Responsibilities and Impact:
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Drive process improvements and best practices across research operations to enhance team efficiency and project delivery quality
- Collaborate with senior team leadership to prioritize research initiatives and optimize resource utilization across the department
What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Research, or related field
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in research, technology, or analytical environments
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to various stakeholder levels
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in financial services, research, or analytics organizations
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms for creating project dashboards and metrics
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement frameworks
