Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Senior Project Coordinator and Quantity Surveyor. The role involves coordinating daily site activities, monitoring project schedules, and supporting smooth communication between clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams. The Senior Project Coordinator and Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review bills of quantities, estimates, and rate analyses, and track project budgets, costs, and variations. The individual will assist in vendor and subcontractor management, including obtaining quotations, evaluating bids, and supporting negotiations. Responsibilities also include overseeing documentation, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, conducting site visits and measurements, and preparing progress reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying, including estimation, bills of quantities preparation, and cost control.
  • Knowledge of construction practices, building materials, and residential/commercial project workflows.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Experience with project documentation, reporting, and use of spreadsheets or project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Previous on-site experience in building construction; experience in turnkey or package-based projects is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Bengaluru South and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements is beneficial.
