Role Description

The Senior Project Controller will be responsible for overseeing the planning, monitoring, and execution of construction projects. This includes managing budgets, tracking project progress, analyzing financial data, and resolving any discrepancies to ensure project efficiency and profitability. The role requires close collaboration with PMC, lenders, project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project timelines and maintain quality standards. This is a full-time role based in Pune with travel to other cities .

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budget tracking, cost control, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in project planning/tracking , schedule monitoring.
• Experience in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and problem-solving in commercial projects is needed.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and ERP platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage project size of more 1 million sq.ft.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the same role in IPCs or real estate industry is strongly preferred
