Key responsibilities:
Support development of ULA (utility led aggregation) models (implementation, sanction and coordination) and related analytical materials.
Prepare state profiles and master decks for state reviews maintain state RE profiles as required.
Track state issues, policies and regulations and support structured issue resolution follow-ups.
Support weekly PMO processes, state reviews and coordination for multilateral agencies/banks engagements.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Renewable Energy/Power Systems) AND MBA/equivalent in Finance.
Minimum experience: 8+ years of relevant experience.
Specific Project Experience: 2+ years experience in working in projects relating to stakeholder interactions, feedback collection and/or donor coordination relating to renewable energy or electricity projects
Preferred competencies / skills:
Strong structuring and presentation skills for government review forums.
Comfort with policy/regulatory tracking and issue synthesis.
Ability to coordinate across stakeholders and maintain disciplined workplans.
Location: New Delhi, at client location.
