Senior Project Associate

• Understand project scope, goals, and deliverables clearly
• Communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders timely and clearly
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
• Assist project team in planning and scheduling timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Liaise continuously with project stakeholders
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documents, and presentations
• Determine status report frequency and content, analyze results, and troubleshoot problems
• Define project success criteria and communicate them throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct project post-mortems and prepare recommendations reports to improve future projects
• Develop best practices and tools for effective project execution and management

Must Have:

• Any Graduate with 6+ years experience in project management, ideally in web/digital projects
• Experience with project management tools and MS Office suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills
• Passion for networking and staying updated with technology trends
• Skilled in researching project-related issues and learning new concepts
• Experience in Life Sciences domain is a plus
• Strong expertise in MS Excel
