Role Description The Senior Project Associate will manage and coordinate day-to-day project activities within the Bio Medical Technology Wing, ensuring timely execution of project plans and deliverables. This is a full-time on-site role located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk, involving close collaboration with engineers, researchers, clinicians, and administrative staff. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, preparing documentation and status reports, supporting data collection and analysis, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role also entails assisting in resource planning, risk identification, and adherence to institutional standards and regulatory requirements. The Senior Project Associate will contribute to process improvements and support the successful implementation of biomedical technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage projects, coordinate tasks, and monitor timelines, with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience preparing technical and administrative documentation, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and support evidence-based decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare and technology setting.
• Proficiency with common office productivity tools and basic project management software; familiarity with IT or biomedical technology environments is an advantage.
