Position / Designation : Project Architect
Position Objective & Responsibilities:
- Heading a team of Architects will manage 3-5 projects from schematic to implementation on site.
- Responsible for all technical delivery of projects involved up to project execution
- Intellectual updating of global projects to team members in order of relevance to the work in the studio
- Must have experience and capability in delivering independently designing and executing projects.
- Monitoring and checking the quality of drawings. Technically strong in detail designing and site execution.
- Capturing design suggestions given by Principal Architect and converting them to effective technical formulation and design development strategies.
- Must have worked in organization adhering to system and process. Must have experience to deliver projects under a structured SOP.
- Experience with BIM 360 is an advantage.
- To understand and practice the core values of the practice.
- Flexibility in exploring new design directions.
- Engaging to minimize critical path impact on overall schedule of tasks.
- Clearly and concisely communicate with both internal team members and consultants throughout project duration regarding design development, project execution and follow through.
- He will drive the learning initiative of the team
- Team handling abilities in terms of scheduling tasks,
- communication with all the team members,
- communication /updates to clients,
- Generating critical paths.
Software Capabilities :
- Should have thorough working knowledge of Revit BIM enabling applications. Project experience in BIM will be an advantage.
- Must be well versed in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Sketchup ,3DS max, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint.
Experience
Should have hands on experience in handling projects individually of different typologies.
Experience in dealing with multiple consultants and managing projects is important.10-15 years experience in solid companies required.
Qualifications
B. Arch. From a reputed institute, M. Arch candidates are encouraged
Member of a recognized professional institution
Chartered/Certifiedor equivalent
Experience in similar type of role.
