About of Role:

Pentaspace Design Studio is looking for an experienced Senior Project Architect with strong expertise in high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing residential projects from concept development through design coordination, execution, and project completion.

Key Responsibilites :

• Lead and manage high-rise residential architectural projects from design development to execution.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, development control rules, and local authority requirements.
• Review working drawings, construction drawings, and technical details.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Resolve design and technical issues during the construction stage.
• Monitor project schedules, drawing submissions, and deliverables.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across all project documentation.

Reuirments:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master's degree preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in high-rise residential building projects is essential.
• Good knowledge of architectural design development, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and other architectural software will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and meet deadlines.
  

Expeerince :

• Experience working with reputed architectural firms on large-scale residential developments.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential planning, building services coordination, and construction detailing.
• Ability to independently manage project deliverables and coordinate with consultants and site teams.
