sustainability, and strong execution detailing to ensure seamless transition from design to site
delivery. We work in a highly collaborative environment involving architects, consultants, project
managers, and execution teams to deliver high-quality built outcomes aligned with client vision and
project feasibility.
Role Overview
We are looking for a technically strong and design-sensitive Architect who can contribute across
multiple project stages including concept support, design development, working drawings,
consultant coordination, and execution documentation. This role requires strong drawing skills,
practical construction knowledge, consultant coordination capability, and the ability to work in a
deadline-driven professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Development & Planning
1 Support conceptual design through research, precedent studies, and design development
2 Prepare schematic design packages and design development drawing sets
3 Translate client briefs into functional spatial layouts
4 Ensure compliance with design intent, brand standards (if applicable), and client expectations
5 Participate in internal design reviews and coordination meetings
2. Technical Documentation
1 Prepare detailed working drawings, tender drawings, and GFC drawing sets
2 Develop architectural detailing for interiors, faade systems, joinery, and wet areas
3 Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, NBC guidelines, fire norms, and statutory approvals
4 Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and documentation control systems
3. Consultant Coordination
1 Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Lighting, Landscape, and other specialist consultants
2 Integrate consultant drawings into architectural packages
3 Identify and resolve clashes during coordination stages
4 Support multidisciplinary coordination meetings and technical discussions
4. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
1 Attend client meetings and assist in presentation preparation
2 Document MOMs and track design action items
3 Support client queries and design clarifications during project lifecycle
5. Site & Execution Support
1 Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submittals
2 Conduct site visits for design verification and issue resolution
3 Provide site clarifications and updated sketches where required
4 Work closely with project management and site execution teams
6. Quality & Compliance
1 Ensure drawings meet internal quality standards and checklists
2 Follow project timelines and documentation protocols
3 Maintain organized project folders and documentation structure
Required Qualifications
1 Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
2 58 years of relevant professional experience in architecture or design firms
3 Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
4 Working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Suite
5 Revit knowledge preferred but not mandatory
Technical Knowledge Requirements
1 Understanding of construction drawings and detailing standards
2 Knowledge of building materials and construction methodologies
3 Familiarity with authority submission processes
4 Knowledge of sustainable and climate-responsive design principles
