Experience in preparation of Feasibility proposals and Master plan for large scale land parcels under consideration for development
Prepare project brief in consultation with the various stake holders and in line with market requirements and addressing overall development objectives
Coordinate with legal and liasoning team for legal documentation related to the land parcel
Undertake initial appraisal activities, including area study options and assessment of implied costs and development strategies
Assist and share relevant information for preparation of business plan for the land under development
Prepare development plans and other sanction drawings for submission to authorities
Should possess Design coordination skills and Technical knowledge about construction detailing to handle the project from concept design to completion
Experience in communicating with consultants for facilitating the closure of design milestones
Should be able to handle projects independently
Proficiency in AutoCad, Microsoft office, presentation soft wares etc.
Should have the ability to gauge the changing needs of the Business & stay relevant by adapting dynamically
