Key Responsibilities
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Operate and maintain vertical machining centers to produce high-precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications
- Conduct machine setups including tool changes fixture installations and program loading
- Supervise machines during execution and make necessary adjustments to improve results
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Operate and control VMC machines to perform machining tasks
- Load raw materials onto the machine and unload finished products
