We're Hiring: Senior Programmatic Manager
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Programmatic Manager to lead and scale our programmatic advertising initiatives. If you have a strong background in programmatic platforms, especially DV360, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, this role is for you.
Role Overview
As a Senior Programmatic Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing programmatic campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across display, video, native, and CTV
Hands-on experience with DV360 (Display & Video 360) for campaign setup, trafficking, and reporting
Monitor campaign performance and drive continuous optimization based on KPIs (CPA, CPC, ROI, ROAS)
Develop audience strategies using first-party and third-party data
Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams (analytics, creative, client servicing) for campaign success
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising
Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure timely resolution
Mentor junior team members and support team development
Required Skills & Qualifications
1014 years of experience in digital media/programmatic advertising
Strong hands-on expertise in DV360 (mandatory)
In-depth knowledge of DSPs, ad exchanges, SSPs, and the programmatic ecosystem
Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and data-driven marketing strategies
Proficiency in campaign tracking, tagging, and attribution models
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Good to Have
Experience with other DSPs (The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Amazon DSP, etc.)
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, or other ad tech tools
Exposure to CTV and advanced programmatic channels
Basic understanding of SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), or scripting
