Overview

We are looking for a highly versatile and experienced programmatic professional to join our team in a hybrid role spanning media strategy, Ad Operations, and account support. This is a senior-level position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can seamlessly switch between strategic planning and hands-on campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media Strategy & Planning (65%)
  • Develop strategic media proposals aligned with client objectives
  • Build comprehensive programmatic plans across DSPs
  • Identify audience strategies, inventory opportunities, and optimization approaches
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to support pre-sales efforts
  • Translate business goals into actionable media strategies
  • Ad Operations & Campaign Management (35%)
  • Execute, traffic, and manage campaigns across DSP platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to achieve KPIs
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Support AdOps workflows alongside the team, especially during low sales cycles
  • Maintain accuracy in campaign setup, pacing, and reporting
  • Account & Team Support
  • Assist in managing client communication and ongoing campaign updates
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data
  • Step in to support broader AdOps team requirements when needed
  • Act as a backup resource across campaign execution and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with DSPs and programmatic platforms
  • Proven expertise in campaign trafficking and execution
  • Solid understanding of media planning and proposal development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across strategy and execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or programmatic environment
  • Familiarity with end-to-end campaign lifecycle (planning to reporting)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, AdOps, and account teams
